(Cucumber Salad)
2 medium cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Slice cucumbers paper-thin. Sprinkle slices with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Marinate for half an hour, drain off liquid, add fresh dill and toss lightly with sour cream. Top with more dill or some chives. Serves 4.
